David Garrick, Kayode & Co., comprises of the law firms of David Garrick & Co. and Olugboyega Kayode. The firm has been in active legal practice for over 50 years and have three main divisions namely Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and General practice.

The Intellectual Law Practice of the firm deals with all aspects of intellectual property law namely filing and prosecution of applications for the registration and grant of industrial property rights and maintenance of the same in Nigeria and other African Countries.

The Corporate Section of the Firm deals with incorporation of companies and obtains business permits and expatriate quota for foreign investors in all aspects of business operations in the country. The firm also handles corporate and personal taxation.

The General practice Section is involved in negotiation, Alternative dispute resolution and general litigation arising from client’s business operations in Nigeria.
