Firm Description

The law firm was established in 1994. Since its beginning, it has developed activities both for Portuguese and foreign clients, namely in the commercial field. Two of the four present partners are members of international associations.

The law firm has been attracting clients in the Pharma and Health fields, being the Portuguese member of Conférence Bleue, a network of lawyers who specialise in these areas. IP being closely connected to Pharma matters, the law firm has also paying great attention to this area of law. In 2009 the lawfirm became a member of Portuguese Health Cluster, being the only law firm in this important Cluster.

IT law also became the object of attention of the office more recently.

Everyone in the office is encouraged to work fully devoted, as if each client were the only one that had asked for work, be it a very difficult corporate matter or a simple individual one.

The office has correspondents in Europe, United States of America, South America, Asia and the former Portuguese colonies.
