von lode is a Swedish law firm specializing in energy and climate law. The law firm was established in 2008 by energy law specialists Torbjörn Claeson and Maria Hagberg. von lode is situated in Stockholm and currently employs sixteen people. The energy and climate law department consists of four lawyers and is currently expanding.

von lode advises on a full range of energy related matters, covering – transactions on sale and purchase as well as transmission and distribution of
various types of energy, – regulatory matters relating to the energy markets and – legal due diligence in relation to transactions and transfers of energy businesses.
