The Hamburg based boutique law firm BRÖDERMANN & JAHN was established by Professor Brödermann as a spin-off of a large German law firm in October 1996 and ever since has focused on international business law including advice for various industry sectors in the practice areas corporate & business transactions, international contracts, private international law, European law, WTO Law and litigation and ADR including arbitration and mediation of international disputes. Currently, 75 % of the firm’s business is international. Integral part of BRÖDERMANN & JAHN’s philosophy is to efficiently render legal advice in international matters with its team consisting of legal professionals trained not only in Germany but in various jurisdictions other than Germany including the USA, UK, France, Spain, Romania, Russia, China, Australia, and Argentina.
