Hamelink & Van den Tooren is a tax boutique with vast experience in providing (international) tax advice to companies in cross border transactions and (re)structurings. Our tax advisors have many years experience derived as partner or through working at renowned law and tax advisory firms and with the Dutch tax authorities (one of our advisors was head of the Dutch Tax Ruling-team and was in charge of the Desk for foreign investors at the Dutch tax authorities). Over the years, we have built up an extensive national and international network in the field of taxation. On cross-border assignments, such as the structuring of private equity funds, we work together with highly qualified lawyers and professionals of our domestic and international network. We have been involved in the fund structuring for a number of large funds and have obtained a strong position as independent niche player in the field of fund structuring and deal structuring.
