Advising client’s interests in regulatory matters, financing, leasing and other forms of aircraft acquisition and related equipment, wet and dry lease of aircraft, short and long term transactions, contracts and matters related to maintenance, catering, ground handling and other services, bilateral agreements and airport regulations, permits related to a scheduled and non-scheduled operation of aircraft by both domestic and foreign operators.
