For 17 years in a row since 1993 internationally reputed team of IP professionals successfully represents the interests of clients in Russia and around CIS countries. Founded as a three-person partnership ARS-Patent has developed into a firm with 13 attorneys and about 50 people of support staff. Since earliest beginnings, ARS-Patent has been pioneers in the emerging markets of the Former Soviet Union with a focus on providing superior effective, assessable and comprehensive intellectual property law services in a proficient and timely manner.

Annually the staff of 12 patent and trademark attorneys in St.-Petersburg and Moscow offices handles portfolio of trademarks with more than 900 patent filings, 700 new trademark filings, 400 International trademark registrations, and license and assignment agreements.

A special attention is always given to protection of the domestic and International clientele in Russian courts and government authorities. ARS-Patent is committed to remaining independent and has a mission not only to provide result-oriented legal advices but also to support a high-level standard of IP counsel in private practice taking into consideration that this is only 16 years old profession in Russia.

For the nine years in a row ARS-patent is listed as first five firms in Patent and Trademarks firm in Russia according to Managing Intellectual Property annual survey. We are doing our utmost to be in the vanguards of rapidly changing practices.
