Uría Menéndez is an independent law firm founded in the 1940s. Today, we have sixteen offices in Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia. We operate mainly in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, where we provide legal advise under Spanish, Portuguese and European Union law on business related matters. We also assist our clients in their international transactions through our network of offices and our relations with prestigious law firms around the world.
