With a team of 18 partners and 70 lawyers, Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci assures assistance to its customers throughout Italy thanks to its four offices in Milan, Rome, Naples and Bergamo.

The merger of law firms Toffoletto e Soci and Raffaele De Luca Tamajo e Soci, is effective from January 1st 2012. Both firms had a long history in employment law, having been established in 1925 and 1948 respectively, and since 2007 had worked together in partnership in order to share professional activities, internal training and technology.

In 2001 Toffoletto e Soci was instrumental in setting up Ius Laboris, an Alliance of Global Human Resources Lawyers, now chaired, for the second time, by Franco Toffoletto.
