As an independent law firm, Stoeva, Kuyumdjieva & Vitliemov practices in association with the law office of Dimitrov, Tchompalov and Todorova. With altogether 20 lawyers, the two law firms maintain close cooperation and function as an integrated team in more complex projects and joint cases, with special emphasis on cross-border matters and international projects, including various due diligence exercises, project finance, mergers and acquisitions.

Our team provides legal consultancy services covering project finance, asset and share sales, general corporate, commercial, intellectual property, employment matters, competition issues, public procurement, licensing and regulatory regimes, litigation, public offering and capital markets regulations, etc.
