Since 1990, COMAD has been quite active in the engineering and constructing sectors in some of the most important infrastructure projects in Mexico and abroad in the water, electricity, gas, oil, sewage and transportation. Only during 2010 and 2011 COMAD and its members have given legal advise or assisted parties in construction and engineering projects in Mexico and Central America with an estimate cost of 3 billion dollars in the sectors of water and sewage (The Tunel Emisor Oriente a 65 kilometers tunnel); transportation (Line 12 of the Mexico City Metro); hydro electric plants and transmission lines, among others. Its experience and prestige has taken COMAD to be one of the three founding members of the CONSTRULEGAL an alliance of construction law firms for the Americas, formed by the very recognized law firms Peckar & Abramson (USA) and Navarro Sologuren Paredes Gray (Peru), notwishtanding other important relationships in other parts of the world such as Spain, England and France with other relevant law firms.
