bnt attorneys-at-law (bnt Vilnius) is a part of large bnt network, consisting of offices in Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. bnt Vilnius is represented by 16 colleagues, of whom 14 are legal specialists. The team, led by partner Frank Heemann, consists of experienced Lithuanian business lawyers, who have been advising local and international businesses for many years. They thus deploy the necessary understanding of different legal and business cultures, in order to adapt to individual client needs.

The ISO 9001:2008 certificate awarded by the Norwegian auditing firm Det Norske Veritas affirms that the office maintains and improves high quality management systems.

bnt Vilnius advises a large number of international clients, including from Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, and the USA. Business sectors represented cover areas such as transport, finance, competition, pharmaceuticals, steel, consumer durables, real estate, building and architecture, and insurance.

The Vilnius office works in close collaboration with the other Baltic bnt offices in Riga/Latvia and Tallinn/Estonia. Colleagues from the three Baltic offices form cross-border consulting teams as needed, developing solutions for cross-border transactions and legal questions typical in the Baltic countries. Since the opening of our office in Minsk/Belarus, this is integrated into the Baltic office groups of practices. These groups specialize in the areas of tax law, corporate law and business purchase, insolvency & restructuring, pharmaceutical and medicine law, intellectual property, insurance and energy law. The working language is determined by the client, according to whose wishes cases are worked on in German, English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Estonian, or Russian.
