Our EU & Competition team has extensive experience in advising international and national clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including alleged cartel and abuse of dominance cases, merger control and State aid issues, preparing submissions to the European Commission and attending hearings before the Greek Competition Commission and national courts, as required. We provide on-site assistance and advice on handling dawn raids as well as practical guidance on compliance of clients’ commercial agreements and policies to competition law. We also regularly advise on the impact that EU law has on a variety of sectors in Greece such as pharmaceuticals, media, telecommunications and energy.
