Trowers & Hamlins is a long established international law firm which provides the full range of corporate, banking, business and commercial legal services. Our head office is in the City of London. With 17 legal staff (including four partners) living and working in Oman, our Oman office is one of the largest and is the longest-established international law office in the Sultanate. A number of our legal staff, including Majid Al Toky, Resident Managing Partner of our Oman office, are locally qualified Omani lawyers.

Our Oman team assists clients on a full range of commercial and business activities, acting for both local and international clients from the public and private sectors in many fields including banking and project finance, financial services, power and water, oil and gas, construction and engineering, manufacturing, corporate and commercial including M&As and joint ventures, dispute resolution and more.

Not only do we have a dedicated team providing specialist, high quality legal advice to our private clients, we also act for all the banks in Oman and have significant experience advising them on a range of transactions, policies and procedures. We are also retained counsel to an impressive number of governmental organisations in relation to banking and finance matters.
