Korman & Oren, established in 2003, is a general commercial and corporate firm with a specialization in antitrust.

For almost 15 years, the firm’s principals have been at the forefront of Israeli antitrust practice, in the global context in particular. We have provided counsel and services to major global corporations and leading international law firms in the local competition law aspects of dozens of offshore transactions, arrangements, and investigations.

In addition to being the go-to firm for many international companies and law firms for antitrust matters, we also provide a full range of legal services to local and foreign clients and firms in respect of corporate, commercial, real estate, trust and estates, and other matters.

The principals have been regular contributors to various Global Competition Review publications, including Merger Control, Private Antitrust Litigation, Dominance, and Vertical Agreements.
