Grinberg, Cordovil e Barros Advogados is a new firm, set up by experienced lawyers. Its professionals were colleagues at excellent Brazilian law firms and joined together creating GCBA for a sole purpose: to provide specialized services which may offer creative solutions to legal matters.

In matters dealing with Antitrust Law, the firm has advised clients in administrative, judicial and monopolistic merger proceedings, from the simplest to those entailing the most complex legal analyses. Cartel accusations, agreements with exclusivity clauses, tying arrangements, predatory or abusive practices, refusals to deal, sham litigation, are only a few of the challenges faced by GCBA’s clients. GCBA prevention practice includes representation of clients before the Brazilian System for Competition Defense and the Judicial Power. GCBA’s lawyers were the first, in Brazil, to take part in investigations and offer advisory services engaging in commercial defense (antidumping, subsidies, and safeguards).
