Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. is a Bulgarian law firm having its head office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Established in 1997 by the name partners George Dimitrov and Bogdan Petrov, the firm has exclusively focused its activities on commercial law, information and communications technology law, intellectual property law, real estate law, litigation and arbitration and brings together a rapidly growing team of highly qualified lawyers.

Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. is ranked among the Top 10 Bulgarian law firms. The most respected legal guides in Europe and the world containing referral information about lawyers and their practices – Martindale-Hubbell, Legal 500, Chambers Europe, IFLR 1000 and PLC Which Lawyer – in their annual editions recommend Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. as one of the most successful and reliable law firms in Bulgaria.

The law firm is a member of the Confederation of the Employers and Industrials in Bulgaria (CEIB), the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (AmCham) and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
Since December 2005 Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. has become a member of MERITAS – a reputable international alliance of nearly 200 independent prestigious law firms from more than 70 countries with over 7,000 lawyers worldwide. The membership in MERITAS is by invitation only and after a special selective procedure. There is just one member per jurisdiction. All members are consolidated by the common goal and strategy to offer legal advice according to the national and global needs of their clients, and follow a strict ethic code and requirements valid for all members of the alliance.
