JURIDICON Law Firm is an independent law firm, highly specialized in corporate and commercial law as well as tax and trust services.

JURIDICON, led by its partners Laimonas Marcinkevicius and Andzej Caikovski, was set up in 1995. The firm’s mission is to provide qualified, creative and result-oriented services to businesses and to provide reliable, high quality and efficient solutions at a reasonable price, and generally, serve as a primary resource and partner in all aspects of clients’ business growth and development.

JURIDICON has six lawyers and each of them is an excellent expert in his/her field of practice. The areas of practice include tax planning and tax litigation, contracts and litigation, corporate counseling and litigation as well as company formation services. JURIDICON is recommended by specialized publications such as European Legal Experts, Tax Directors Handbook and The Legal 500. In 2009 JURIDICON was selected by “Ziniu ekonomikos forumas” (”Economy of Knowledge Forum”) as one of fourteen most innovative firms in Lithuania, and the only law firm.

To implement the firm’s mission a significant contribution is also made by the approach to service delivery chosen by JURIDICON – the Legal Project Management Concept and HelpDesk for JURIDICON customers. JURIDICON Law Firm is a member of Warwick Legal Network, an international association of independent law firms that provides a high-quality legal service to clients on an international scale and currently comprises selected law firms in 25 European countries.
