Inter alia, experience of the Firm includes (i) aircraft financing, (ii) labour and regulatory, (iii) litigation and passengers’ claims, (iv) aircraft insurance, (v) international work for airlines’ handling companies, (vi) registration and de-registration of aircraft in Italy.

This experience, recognized by the major Italian and International press, covers all the areas of legal assistance in the aviation industry, from litigation to financing, including, inter alia, airlines, airports, manufacturers, airport handlers and travel agents.

The industry clients represented by the Firm include major European airlines for which the Firm provides aircraft insurance work, Italian labour and regulatory advice, financial and corporate assistance as well as the international work for the airlines’ handling companies.

The Firm attends a number of conferences on aviation industry, presenting speeches at various Italian and international symposium.
