Engelbrecht und Partner was founded in 1999. It is focused on providing comprehensive counselling services to Austrian and foreign companies, institutions, and executives in all areas of labour law. We also advise our clients in all other legal areas related to labour law e.g. social security law, corporate law, company pension law, trade law, IP/competition law.

Our attorneys regularly publish in relevant law journals and are (co)authors of important legal writings. Besides maintaining contacts to all important university institutes that teach labour and social law, our attorneys are lecturing labour law themselves at various universities and institutes.
