Firm Description

Two Croatian Law Firms, Mamic Reberski & Partners, incorporated on December 1, 2004, and Peric & Rimac, incorporated on January 1, 2005, formally merged on December 1, 2008 into Mamic Peric Reberski Rimac Law Firm LLC (MPRR). This was the first and to date the only merger on the Croatian legal market.

In the post-merger period, the firm was focused on the consolidation of its client portfolio, business procedures and development of its team. In spite of the negative economic trends in the recent years, due to the synergy effects of the merger and efforts made to provide high quality services, MPRR has grown rapidly and is now recognized by both Croatian and international clients as one of the leading Croatian law firms.
