After accumulating decades of IP experience, the founder of ESSEN Patent & Trademark Office and its major partners established this firm in Shanghai in 2001. A year later, ESSEN opened offices in Taipei and Suzhou in order to timely offer our foreign clients assistance in patent, trademark, copy right, trade secrete, licensing, consulting, piracy, and litigation in China and Taiwan, as well as to offer our local clients IP services for applying abroad, such as in the U.S., Japan, Korea, and Europe.

ESSEN has a number of employees, and most of us are qualified as an agent or lawyer. Our technical expertise includes, but is not limit to, Mechanic, Vehicle Engineering, Chemistry, Electrics, Bio-technology, and Pharmaceutics. ESSEN provides branch offices in Suzhou, Taipei, and Kaohsiung and liaison offices in Fremont of the United States to swiftly assist the local clients.
