The Law Firm Batini & Associates was created in 1960 and recently renamed Batini Traverso & Associati and trading under the name BB & PARTNERS. The firm is specialised in shipping and transport law, insurance and marine insurance, ship and bunker arrest, charter party litigation, general liability, recoveries, litigation and arbitration with a wide network of offices.

BB&PARTNERS Law Firm now avails of over 15 in-house lawyers, alternatively fluent in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish, displaced in five main owned offices in Genoa, Milan, Livorno, Venice and Ravenna as well as of an extended network of local correspondents in the main Italian ports and in the more important international business centres (in USA and Europe) with a special focus on the eastern countries like Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Hong Kong and mainland China.

BB&PARTNERS also has privileged agreements with surveyors, loss adjusters, private investigators in order to provide its clients with a comprehensive and effective service.
