Pharmaceutical Antitrust

Recent work in the pharmaceutical sector includes acting as counsel to Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in its $1.08 billion acquisition of Enobia Pharma Corp., as well advising Pfizer in its $68 billion acquisition of Wyeth. Cassels Brock also acts for MEDEC, Canada’s medical devices association, on an ongoing basis.
