The Firm has extensive experience in advising clients throughout public procurement procedures and assisting with the interpretation and application of particular provisions of the Public Procurement Law.

Our lawyers also advise institutions that are not obliged to apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, but which apply similar regulations when issuing orders.

The majority of Gide Loyrette Nouel Warsaw’s public procurement law activity consists of preparing analyses for ordering parties, state authorities, and international institutions in relation to the interpretation of the law and how the provisions of Polish law comply with European standards.
