By Andean Pact Member Country standards, Bustamante & Bustamante is a large firm with 10 partners, 21 associates and over 70 supporting staff members, all largely bilingual. The firm provides legal assistance in all corporate law areas including banking, insurance, mining, oil and gas, foreign investment, incorporation and administration of corporations, tax and labor advice; immigration, contracts and various other legal services, including litigation. Bustamante & Bustamante is one of the top local firms in the intellectual property field. The firm also maintains a system of cooperation with law firms throughout the Andean Pact subregion, which is particularly important for handling foreign investment and intellectual property matters.
