The Firm was established in 2005 by Christophe Hénin. Currently with a complement of 15 people, Intuity has since been recognized by law professionals and the pharmaceutical industry as a leading French law firm with regard to health and pharmaceutical law.

- Competition Law
Intuity provides its clients with legal and strategic counsel about draft agreements and abuse of dominant position involving national rules and / or EC competition:

• Intuity advises its clients on specifying the lawfulness pursuant to the competition law, of some commercial or contractual practices and relations. Intuity assists them in every step of the implementation of their trade policy;
• The firm also assists its clients in every aspect of pre-litigation or litigation of competition law with a special focus on the co-marketing (or co-promotion) agreements or the technology transfer contracts.

- Distribution Law
Intuity has developed a comprehensive expertise in this area. The Firm assists many pharmaceutical companies, in the medical devices, human and animal health sector in the implementation of distribution networks.

- Regulatory
Intuity intervenes for international pharmaceutical companies on all their issues related to pharmaceutical law.
It assists its clients in the procedures for obtaining national or community MA which are specific to pharmaceutical companies and price and reimbursement.
The Firm also advises pharmaceutical companies in the development and conduct of their clinical trials.
It has a particular experience in electronic communications. It advises its clients in their use of electronic media and help them use the tools provided by Web 2.0. in compliance with the strict rules applying to the pharmaceutical sector.
The Firm also has a strong expertise in advertising.

- Product liability
Intuity usually assists pharmaceutical companies in every aspects and steps of procedures raised by patients due to side effects they charge to their medicinal products, either in trials or standard care.
