Hájek Zrzavecký advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. (HZ) is an independent Czech law firm. HZ was established in 2008, and currently provides legal services through fifteen advocates and junior lawyers. HZ’s fundamental goals in providing legal services are the success of the client and the maximum quality of provided services in the required time and at a reasonable cost. Since its foundation HZ has been focusing on the provision of comprehensive legal services to both Czech and international medium and large-sized corporations. Its major expertise is in commercial law, especially mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border mergers), corporate law, restructuring, corporate governance and the law of contracts. A number of HZ lawyers are also experts in the area of criminal law, labour law, real estate law, public procurement and representation during court or arbitration proceedings.
