BROSETA ABOGADOS is a Spanish independent law firm founded in 1975 and refounded in 1995, which offers full legal advice to companies, shareholders and investors. The firm, with offices in Madrid and Valencia, has currently more then 80 lawyers, including 14 partners.

BROSETA ABOGADOS has close relationships with leading law firms specialized in corporate, finance and investment funds in more than 20 countries, including UK, US, Luxemburg, Holland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Latin America.

We pride ourselves on offering advice to domestic and international companies, financial institutions, family groups and investors who carry out their activities in our local and global economies.

In particular, we have gathered one of the most experienced and specialised team of professionals in Spain in fund formation (both with domestic and international structures), in the establishment of fund management/advisory companies, and in the transactions carried out by such funds.

We contribute regularly to Spanish and International publications specialized in Private Equity and Investment Funds (Getting the Deal Through, Butterworths Lexis Nexis, Iberian Lawyer, Info-Hedge, Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), Alpha Magazine, etc.).
