Challenges to arbitrators – why can’t institutions get the balance right?

This session will compare and contrast challenges in the worlds of investment arbitration and commercial arbitration. In one, it’s nigh impossible to unseat an arbitrator. In the other, sometimes it's almost impossible to find someone you can appoint. How have these two extremes been reached and what can counsel do – in the current climate – to compensate and get the panel they want?
