What is the Singapore International Arbitration Centre?
The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) was established in 1991 as an independent, non-profit organisation with the aim of providing convenient and efficient facilities for international and domestic commercial arbitrations and promoting arbitration as an alternative to litigation. Since its establishment, SIAC has built its reputation as an independent and neutral third-country venue and has become one of the leading international arbitration institutions.
