What is the London Court of International Arbitration?
The London Court of Arbitration has been in existence since 1903 and was originally called the ‘The London Chamber of Arbitration’ which was originally founded around 1892. In 1995, the London Court of Arbitration changed its name to ‘The London Court of International Arbitration’. The LCIA, whose headquarters is currently based at Fleet Street in London, has traditionally been led by its president.
