Competition laws in Russia
The laws governing anti-competitive conduct in the Russian Federation include the following Federal Laws:
• On Protection of Competition (the Competition Law);
• On Placing Orders for Delivery of Commodities, Execution of Works, Rendering Services for State and Municipal Needs;
• On Advertising;
• On Natural Monopolies; and
• On Peculiarities of the Electricity Industry Functioning in the Period of Transition.
