In 2011 the International Competition Network (ICN) will celebrate its tenth birthday. When the ICN was founded in 2001, we looked forward to creating a global forum where competition agencies from developed and developing countries could formulate and promote methods to address competition enforcement and policy issues of common interest and formulate proposals for procedural and substantive convergence.
