Avocat à la Cour, Aude – Charlotte joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LPP’s Paris ACT group in 2005. She completed a secondment in the Washington DC office in 2008-2009 and a secondment at Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations in 2011. Aude-Charlotte is a graduate of the Université de Paris XII (DESS European law), and holds an LL.M from the University of Northumbria, as well as a DEA in Economic Law from the Université d’Orléans.

Aude-Charlotte specialises in EU and French competition law including merger control, cartel cases and antitrust procedures (leniency applications, settlements, etc.), abuse of dominance, state aids, restrictive practices and distribution law.

She advises clients actives in various economic sectors, such as telecoms, retail and consumer, software and hardware, energy, agriculture, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors.

Aude-Charlotte contributes regularly to journals specialised in competition law.

She is fluent in French and English
