Rod is managing partner of our London antitrust, competition and trade group. He advises on the full range of EU and UK laws on competition and State aid.

Rod acts as strategic competition law advisor to a range of multinational corporates and UK government departments spanning the telecoms, media, technology and postal sectors. He represents clients in their dealings with the Office of Fair Trading, Competition Commission, Competition Appeal Tribunal, Ofcom and European Commission on merger control, behavioural antitrust matters and State aid issues.

Rod is listed as a leading individual in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession, Chambers Global, Legal 500 and PLC Which Lawyer? He joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1999.
