Alf-Henrik Bischke has been a partner with Hengeler Mueller since 2000.
Mr. Bischke specialises in all areas of European and German competition law. He has acted in numerous European and German merger control cartel and abuse cases. He has been representing companies before national and European courts.
Mr. Bischke was admitted to the bar in 1995. He obtained an LL.M. from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, and spent one year practicing with a US law firm in Washington D.C. in 1996/1997. Ranked in Who’s Who Legal (competition), PLC Which lawyer? (competition) and Chambers (competition/European law), Mr. Bischke is co-author of a commentary on EC and German competition law and has been a speaker at several conferences.
