Céline Marchand became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2010 and joined Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen the same year.

She is “licenciée en droit” from the “Université catholique de Louvain” (Belgium) and holds an LL.M in European Law from King’s College London (United Kingdom).

She is fluent in English and French.
