Hyun Ah Kim is a partner in Shin & Kim’s Seoul offices. Ms. Kim’s practice focuses primarily on antitrust, real estate and environmental law. Ms. Kim has represented numerous global and domestic conglomerates in a broad range of antitrust cases before the Korea Fair Trade Commission and in court, and regularly advises clients on issues of merger control, market dominance and unfair trade practices. Ms. Kim’s academic and practice expertise make her a valued member of Shin & Kim’s antitrust and competition team.

Ms. Kim received her LL.B. from Seoul National University, College of Law in 1994 and received her LL.M. from New York University, School of Law in 2005. Ms. Kim is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
