Graduated from Universidad de Extremadura, Spain in 1998. He obtained a Master in European Union Law and International Business from Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain in 2000. He also completed a Corporate MBA Program from ESADE Business School, Madrid, Spain in 2005. He specializes in real estate law and commercial law, regulatory and administrative law. He is fluent in Spanish, English and German.
