Vitalii Mazur started his career in 1999. He was admitted to the bar and joined Noerr Kiev in the same year – 2007.

Mr. Mazur graduated Odessa State Law Academy and then studied law at the Kiev Institute of International Relations and Kiev Institute for Translators and Interpreters at the National Academy of Sciences.

He has experience as a lawyer with a leading Ukrainian telecommunication company, as head of the Legal Department of a global producer of telecommunication, medical and electrical equipment, transport and engineering systems. Throughout his career Mr. Mazur has worked in corporate governance, telecommunications, agriculture and international trade. Before coming to Noerr Kiev, for many years he headed legal department of one of the biggest Ukrainian telecommunications operators.
