Dr. Mansur Pour Rafsendjani has worked internationally as a lawyer for more than 18 years. He studied law at the Universities of Saarbrücken (Germany), Nancy (France), Montpellier (France) and San Diego (USA). He also was an assistant lecturer for securities law at the University of Saarland and for international contract law at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences.

Additionally to German (his native language) he fluently speaks English, French and basic Russian. Dr. Pour Rafsendjani started his career as a chief in-house counsel of an asset management company and then in 2011 joined Noerr. In 2007 he headed Noerr office in Kiev.

Mansur Pour Rafsendjani advises many well-known companies both in Ukraine and Germany, some of which are listed companies. He is often invited to speak on numerous international law issues, in particular also those relating to Ukrainian law as well as has a lot of publications in Ukrainian, German and English editions.
