Randall is an Associate at BLP Abogados since 2010. Prior to BLP, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG, San José, Costa Rica from 2004 to 2010, and a member of the Tax Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Randall is a graduate of the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain, where he obtained a Masters in Corporate Law.

He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.
