Joel Benjamin is a senior partner in charge of the firm’s banking and finance practice in Central Asia. Joel has extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions transactions. Joel also regularly advises clients on a range of general corporate and business issues. Joel received his JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania law School in 1984 and, concurrently his MBA degree, in Finance, from the University’s Wharton School. Joel is fluent in Russian.
