Tossaporn qualified in 2002 and joined Watson, Farley & Williams in 2005. He advises on a range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters including maritime, construction, employment and commercial and shareholder disputes. He has a Masters Degree in International Business Law from King’s College London. Tossaporn has been a member of the Law Society of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association since 2005.

Tossaporn has extensive experience in shipping litigation involving charterparty, bill of lading, commodities, ship title, ship arrest, savage, ship finance and ship mortgage disputes.

Tossaporn has advised clients in the oil and gas, construction, transportation, sports, hospitality and real estate industries.
