Elizabeth Avery is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Competition and Regulation group. Her practice includes advising on litigation and investigations, mergers and ongoing strategic/operational advisory work, as well as compliance training. She has particular expertise in multijurisdictional matters. Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin Elizabeth practised antitrust in New York and is admitted to the bar in the state of New York.
