Maryna Dymovich is the senior associate with Borovtsov&Salei. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish besides her native Belarusian and Russian. She has received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the Belarusian State University. Prior to joining Borovtsov&Salei she was engaged in legal research with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. After several successful years of practice in Borovtsov&Salei Maryna received a U.S. Department of State scholarship to pursue a graduate degree in Asian and Comparitive Law. In 2010, she has received her master’s degree in law in the University of Washington School of Law.
Maryna has vast experiences in foreign investments, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and real estate matters. She has also acted as outside general counsel to private companies and regularly provides business advice to executives. In 2010, her work in a €850 million structuring of a real-estate investment of a Middle Eastern investment fund in was noticed by IFLR 1000.
