Mr. Bo Kyung Lim is a partner at Shin & Kim. As a patent attorney qualified to practice in Korea, Mr. Lim specializes in the areas of intellectual property and IT related laws.

More specifically, Mr. Lim has been involved in a variety of litigation involving patent rights, trademark rights and copyright and has regularly advised clients on traditional and newly emerging IP and IT related matters. In addition, Mr. Lim has handled a number of significant product liability cases.

Mr. Lim graduated from Seoul National University, College of Humanities (B.A., 1997) and educated at London School of Economics, Department of Law (LL.M., specialized in IP Law, 2007). Mr. Lim published a treatise on Patent Protection for Computer-Implemented Inventions: An ill-fitting Suit, London School of Economics, Master’s Dissertation (2007).
