Mr. Gea-Sung Yang is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Yang focuses on disputes involving securities, securities trust, banking & finance and product liablity, and domestic litigation & arbitration.

Mr. Yang has been involved in numerous significant civil and commercial litigation cases including the first Korean toabacco litigation.

Mr. Yang was educated at Seoul National University, College of Law (LL.B, 1990) and UC Berkeley Law School (Visiting Scholar, 2002-2003).
