Morten is a partner at Norrbom Vinding and advises on all aspects of management labour and employment law, with a particular interest in cross-border work, business reorganisations, post-termination covenants and protection of know-how. With more than 20 years’ experience, he is the leading lawyer in Denmark on post-termination covenants and has authored two books on the subject (one of them now in its 4th edition). His client base is a mix of international and national companies and organisations. Acting as a management adviser in a broad sense, he is a much sought after adviser on general HR legal issues and is a trained and skilled mediator. He teaches International Labour Law and CSR at the University of Copenhagen and is a facilitator of a number of HR law networks with participants from most major Danish corporates.
